Refund Policy

1. Custom Development Projects

Deposits

Most custom development projects require an upfront deposit before work begins.

• Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

• This is because project resources, planning, and technical work are allocated immediately after project initiation.

Final Payments

Remaining balances are due prior to final delivery or handoff. Once a project has been completed and delivered according to the agreed scope, payments are non-refundable.

2. WordPress Management Plans

Management plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

• You may cancel your plan at any time before the next billing cycle.

• Cancellation stops future billing.

• Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are generally not provided.

Services already rendered during the active billing cycle are considered fulfilled.

3. Website Support & Fix Services

Support and troubleshooting services involve diagnostic time and technical work.

Therefore:

• Fees for completed fixes are non-refundable.

• If an issue cannot be resolved due to factors outside our control (such as hosting limitations, third-party conflicts, or missing access), we will communicate next steps or alternatives where possible.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unique situations may arise.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of WAMZETIX. Approval of any exception is not guaranteed.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact WAMZETIX first to resolve any billing concerns.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

• suspension of services

• termination of active projects

• restriction of future services

We are committed to resolving reasonable concerns professionally and promptly.
