Service Agreement

Effective Date: Feb – 22 – 2026

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the general terms under which WAMZETIX (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides WordPress development, management, and technical support services.

By purchasing or using our services, you (“Client”) agree to this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be defined in one or more of the following:

  • service descriptions

  • order confirmations

  • proposals

  • written communications

Only items explicitly included in the agreed scope are considered part of the project.

2. Project Initiation

Work typically begins after:

  • required access credentials are provided

  • project scope is confirmed

  • the initial payment or deposit is received

Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Deposits

Most custom development projects require an upfront deposit.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • The deposit secures project scheduling and resource allocation.

Final Payment

Remaining balances must be paid prior to:

  • final delivery

  • website migration

  • transfer of administrative control

  • removal of development restrictions

WAMZETIX reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

Recurring Services

Management and support plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle and renew automatically unless canceled.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • provide accurate requirements

  • supply necessary access credentials

  • maintain ownership rights to provided content

  • provide timely feedback and approvals

  • maintain appropriate hosting environments unless managed by us

Project timelines may be extended due to delays in client communication or asset delivery.

5. Revisions and Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope.

Requests that exceed the original scope may:

  • require additional fees

  • require a revised timeline

  • be scheduled as a new task

WAMZETIX will notify the Client when work falls outside scope.

6. Third-Party Dependencies

Projects may involve third-party services such as:

  • hosting providers

  • plugins and themes

  • payment gateways

  • external APIs

WAMZETIX is not responsible for failures, conflicts, pricing changes, or policy changes introduced by third-party providers.

7. Website Performance and Security

While we follow best practices, we cannot guarantee:

  • uninterrupted uptime

  • immunity from cyber threats

  • compatibility with all third-party tools

  • specific performance metrics

WordPress environments depend on many external factors beyond our control.

8. White-Label Services

For approved white-label partnerships:

  • WAMZETIX operates confidentially

  • we do not directly contact end clients unless authorized

  • the partner agency remains responsible for their client relationship

Additional terms may apply in separate white-label agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • the Client receives rights to the final deliverables

  • WAMZETIX retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless restricted by written agreement

All third-party licenses remain subject to their original terms.

10. Support Scope

Management and support plans cover only the items explicitly listed in the selected plan.

Services not included in the plan scope may require:

  • a separate quote

  • plan upgrade

  • or additional billing

11. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services according to the applicable billing cycle or written agreement.

WAMZETIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • payments are overdue

  • these terms are violated

  • abusive or unlawful behavior occurs

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAMZETIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
