Final Payment

• Remaining balances must be paid prior to final delivery, migration, or handoff.

• WAMZETIX may withhold deliverables until full payment is received.

Ongoing Plans

• Management and support plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle.

• Plans may be canceled before the next billing period unless otherwise agreed.

Clients agree to:

• supply necessary access credentials

• provide timely feedback and approvals

• maintain appropriate backups unless covered by a management plan

• ensure they have rights to all provided content and assets

Project timelines may be affected by delays in client communication or asset delivery.

5. Revisions and Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope.

Requests that exceed the original scope may:

• require a revised quote

• extend the timeline

• be scheduled as additional work

WAMZETIX will notify clients when requests fall outside scope.

6. Third-Party Tools and Dependencies

Projects may involve third-party services such as:

• hosting providers

• plugins

• themes

• payment gateways

WAMZETIX is not responsible for failures, vulnerabilities, pricing changes, or policy changes introduced by third-party providers.

7. White-Label Services

For approved white-label partnerships:

• WAMZETIX operates confidentially

• we do not contact end clients unless authorized

• agencies remain responsible for their client relationships

Additional white-label terms may apply in separate agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• clients receive rights to the final deliverables

• WAMZETIX retains the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio purposes unless restricted by written agreement

Clients may terminate ongoing services according to their billing cycle.
